INFORMED Certified Brands Win Five of Six Categories at 2024 ESSNawards

The 2024 European Specialist Sports Nutrition Awards (ESSNawards) were held on 5 December 2024, honoring the most successful products and campaigns in sports nutrition.

The ceremony was held at The Academy of Medical Sciences, and included remarks from Poppy Kirby-Green of Whitehouse Communications, Luca Bucchini of ESSNA, Kenny McLellan of Kinetica Sports, and James Page of Endurance Athlete.

After a drinks reception and INFORMED Fireside chat to begin the night, the Awards Presentation began, where winners and runner-ups for all six categories were announced.

Four INFORMED certified brands were announced as winners in five of the six categories.

Best Targeted Product: Hyper (1:0.8) Line, Crown Sport Nutrition

Sustainability Leader of the Year: MelliGEL, Mellifera

Best Protein Powder / Shake: Kinetica Whey Protein, Kinetica Sports

Best Sports Nutrition Ingredient: Levagen+, Gencor

Best Sports Nutrition Product: Nitrates 600 + Citrulline, Crown Sport Nutrition

In addition, five of the six runner-ups were comprised of three INFORMED certified brands.

Best Sports Hydration Drink: HYDRO+, Science In Sport

Best Targeted Product: Kinetica Sports Recovery Powder, Kinetica Sports

Sustainability Leader of the Year: PROtein RAW, Crown Sport Nutrition

Best Protein Powder / Shake: Kinetica Plant Protein, Kinetica Sports

Best Sports Nutrition Product: Hyper (1:0.8) Line, Crown Sport Nutrition
